I created <\/strong>Inspiral Flowstate<\/strong><\/a> to help people breathe, move, and awaken to their full potential. I\u2019ve seen how simple movement and breath can quiet a busy mind, ease tension, and help people feel lighter, more confident, and alive. My approach is simple: Creating space to feel present, clear, and grounded. I set up Squiff Creative<\/u><\/strong><\/a> in 2002 and I moved to the Forest of Dean in 2007 and fell in love with the beautiful natural landscapes here. I began my journey with Qi Gong and Tai Chi in 2011 and was instantly hooked, often practicing barefoot in the forest and finding that it not only balanced my work life but also enhanced my creative flow.<\/p> In 2020 I discovered cold water immersion in St Anthony\u2019s Well, in the Forest of Dean. I was going through a very challenging period in my life. When I got in the well I was feeling very low and depressed. When I got out I felt euphoric!, I was keen to find out what had happened to me and discovered Wim Hoff and his method of breathing and cold water immersion. As I continued to try different breathwork techniques I finally tried Soma Breath<\/u><\/a>.
